Treatment and symptoms of MCH 31.5 pg | Diet for normal Mean corpuscular hemoglobin level 31.5 pg
Normal MCH level of 31.5 can cause a number of symptoms.
An abnormal MCH (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin) level of 31.5 reflects the average amount of hemoglobin in each red blood cell. An abnormal MCH level of 31.5 may point to anemia, potentially due to iron or vitamin B12 deficiency. It could also suggest other types of anemia, such as macrocytic anemia. MCH helps in classifying anemia types and understanding red blood cell health. Treatment options are available, but adjusting your diet should be your first priority.

What to do after MCH blood test?
If bleeding occurs after your MCH test, raise your arm and apply pressure to the spot for at least 3 minutes. It’s normal to see some bruising after a MCH blood draw. If you feel pain following the MCH test, apply ice wrapped in a towel to the area for 10 minutes. For anything more than mild discomfort, contact your doctor.
