What causes high ESR and low MCH?
High ESR and low MCH can be caused by many reasons.
If your ESR is in between 0.1 mm/hr and 14 mm/hr and your MCH is in between 27 pg and 32 pg then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for ESR and MCH respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
