What causes high ESR and low Vitamin D?
High ESR and low Vitamin D can be caused by many reasons.
If your ESR is in between 0.1 mm/hr and 14 mm/hr and your Vitamin D is in between 75 nmol/L and 250 nmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for ESR and Vitamin D respectively.
