High MCV and low D Dimer can be caused by many reasons.

If your MCV is in between 83 fL and 101 fL and your D Dimer is in between 0.1 ug/mL and 0.51 ug/mL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for MCV and D Dimer respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
