What causes high MCV and low Potassium?

High MCV and low Potassium can be caused by many reasons.

If your MCV is in between 83 fL and 101 fL and your Potassium is in between 3.5 mmol/L and 5.1 mmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for MCV and Potassium respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
