If your MCV is in between 83 fL and 101 fL and your Sodium is in between 136 mmol/L and 145 mmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for MCV and Sodium respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
