If your MCV is in between 83 fL and 101 fL and your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for MCV and TIBC respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
