What causes high RDW and low Sodium?

High RDW and low Sodium can be caused by many reasons.

If your RDW is in between 11.6 % and 14 % and your Sodium is in between 136 mmol/L and 145 mmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for RDW and Sodium respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
