What causes high RDW and low TIBC?

High RDW and low TIBC can be caused by many reasons.

If your RDW is in between 11.6 % and 14 % and your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for RDW and TIBC respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
