What causes high TIBC and low Calcium?

High TIBC and low Calcium can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your Calcium is in between 8.5 mg/dL and 10.1 mg/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and Calcium respectively.
