High TIBC and low D Dimer can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your D Dimer is in between 0.1 ug/mL and 0.51 ug/mL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and D Dimer respectively.
