What causes high TIBC and low Ferritin?
High TIBC and low Ferritin can be caused by many reasons.
If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your Ferritin is in between 22 ng/mL and 322 ng/mL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and Ferritin respectively.
