What causes high TIBC and low PCV?

High TIBC and low PCV can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your PCV is in between 39 % and 51 % then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and PCV respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
