High TIBC and low PPBG can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your PPBG is in between 80 mg/dL and 140 mg/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and PPBG respectively.
