What causes high TIBC and low WBC?

High TIBC and low WBC can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your WBC is in between 4 thou/uL and 11 thou/uL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and WBC respectively.
