What causes high VLDL and low Hematocrit?

High VLDL and low Hematocrit can be caused by many reasons.

If your VLDL is in between 5 mg/dL and 30 mg/dL and your Hematocrit is in between 40 % and 50 % then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for VLDL and Hematocrit respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
