An RBC level of 5.83 mil/uL usually means the body is producing too many red blood cells or is dehydrated. It suggests oxygen delivery may be affected. High levels of RBC can cause headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, itching, flushing, high blood pressure, and increased risk of blood clots.
