Note - This article is written by one of our patients about their experiences with high rbc.

My story of high RBC : By the way, my name is Serenity Grey, and anxiety has always pervaded my existence. I was constantly worried about juggling the obligations of my job and the stresses of everyday life. I had no idea that when I was told I had high red blood cell (RBC) levels, my anxiety would soar to new heights. This news, with a value of 5.56, shocked my already troubled mind, and I set out on a difficult quest to control my high RBC levels while figuring out how to lessen my worry.

Anxiety started to accompany me as I dealt with the constant demands of my profession. My emotional and physical health suffered as a result of the long hours, high expectations, and ongoing stress. I had a hard time finding quiet times because my thoughts was constantly racing. My worry, however, took on a new focus after I learned about my elevated RBC levels, which heightened my concerns about my health.

I had to reconsider my lifestyle and make proactive decisions to manage both my anxiety and my RBC count after learning that I had high RBC levels. Despite the difficulties that lay ahead, I was determined to recover control over my health and find a way to a happier and more balanced existence.

Self-care was one of the first things I prioritised. I came to understand the value of scheduling time for enjoyable and relaxing activities. I was able to control my racing thoughts and lower my stress levels by including mindfulness practises like meditation and deep breathing exercises into my daily routine. These exercises helped me achieve a more tranquil, balanced state of mind, giving me the much-needed break from anxiety.

I looked for a therapist's help since I realised I needed expert assistance to deal with my anxieties. I learned useful tools and coping mechanisms in therapy that have helped me control and reduce my anxious thoughts. I was able to confront and reframe my negative thought patterns with the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy, which enabled me to create healthy coping mechanisms for stressful situations. In addition to assisting me in comprehending the underlying causes of my anxiety, therapy gave me the tools I needed to successfully deal with its difficulties.

I drastically changed my way of life to lower my excessive RBC levels. I concentrated on consuming a balanced and nourishing diet that included items that promote the creation and circulation of healthy blood cells. I cut back on processed and high-fat foods while increasing my intake of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. My RBC count increased as a result of these dietary changes, which also enhanced my general health and energy levels.

My routine's foundational element became consistent exercise. Exercise not only reduced my RBC level but also gave me a way to release my anxieties. Jogging, yoga, and swimming were some of the things that helped me relieve tension and improve my mood. Exercise naturally counteracted anxiety by releasing endorphins, resulting in a calm and clear state of mind.

I relied on the support of my loved ones in addition to self-care and lifestyle improvements. I was able to rely on my family and friends for emotional support because I was open about my difficulties and concerns with my high RBC levels. Their compassion and support gave me courage by serving as a constant reminder that I wasn't the only one dealing with these difficulties. Together, we looked into things that made me happy and served as a nice diversion from my anxiety, adding to my general sense of wellbeing.

Regular check-ups with my doctor were essential for keeping track of my development and learning about my RBC levels. Through these appointments, I was able to monitor any changes and modify my treatment strategy as necessary. Knowing that I was actively attempting to manage my health gave me a sense of control and reassurance. This ongoing dialogue with my healthcare staff.
